INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups confectioners’ sugar– 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted– 3 Tablespoons whole milk, plus more as needed– Food coloring (optional)
Get a medium-sized bowl and sift the confectioners' sugar into it. Mix the melted butter and whole milk together with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
