These Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies are the best of both worlds when it comes to desserts.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE RED VELVET BROWNIES:– 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for greasing pan– 1 cup sugar– 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1 Tablespoon red food coloring– 1/8 teaspoon salt– 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar– 2 egg– 3/4 cup all-purpose flourFOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:– 1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened– 3 Tablespoons sugar– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract– 1 large egg yolk
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Butter and paper an 8x8-inch baking pan. In a large basin, mix melted 8 tablespoons butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, food colouring, and salt. Mix with white vinegar.

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the eggs in a separate bowl and add to brownie dough. Add flour and stir gently. Pour batter into pan, reserving ¼ cup for topping.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk in a stand mixer or handheld electric mixer until smooth. Cover brownie batter with cream cheese and dollops of remaining batter.
Step 3
Mix brownie batter and cream cheese using a knife or toothpick. Brownie baking for 30 minutes. Remove the parchment, slice, and serve when they cool fully.
