This Quick Caramelised Pork and Broccoli recipe is quick and flavorful. Eight easy ingredients make it ready in 35 minutes for dinner!

– 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin – 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce, divided – 2 teaspoons garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil, divided – 1 Tablespoon packed light brown sugar – 1 Tablespoon cornstarch, whisked with ¼ cup water – 1 pound broccoli floret – Toasted sesame seeds, for garnishing

Make 1/4-inch-thick pork tenderloin rounds. Mix ¼ cup soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large basin. Toss in sliced pork. Wait 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 1

Heat a big skillet on high. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and swirl to coat pan. Place half the pork in one layer. Cook the pork for 3–5 minutes, flipping once, until browned and cooked through.

Step 2

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the pork to a dish and continue with the remaining meat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the skillet if needed.

Step 3

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the skillet and lower the heat to medium. Stir in the broccoli florets for 3 minutes until crisp-tender. See Kelly's Note. Put broccoli on the pork plate.

Step 4

Add the remaining ¼ cup soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornflour to the skillet, stirring to remove brown pieces. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes until thick and syrupy.
