This Quick Caramelised Pork and Broccoli recipe is quick and flavorful. Eight easy ingredients make it ready in 35 minutes for dinner!
INGREDIENTS
– 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin– 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce, divided– 2 teaspoons garlic powder– 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper– 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil, divided– 1 Tablespoon packed light brown sugar– 1 Tablespoon cornstarch, whisked with ¼ cup water– 1 pound broccoli floret– Toasted sesame seeds, for garnishing
Make 1/4-inch-thick pork tenderloin rounds. Mix ¼ cup soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large basin. Toss in sliced pork. Wait 10 minutes at room temperature.

INSTRUCTIONS
Heat a big skillet on high. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and swirl to coat pan. Place half the pork in one layer. Cook the pork for 3–5 minutes, flipping once, until browned and cooked through.
Step 2
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the pork to a dish and continue with the remaining meat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the skillet if needed.
Step 3
Add the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil to the skillet and lower the heat to medium. Stir in the broccoli florets for 3 minutes until crisp-tender. See Kelly's Note. Put broccoli on the pork plate.
Step 4
Add the remaining ¼ cup soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornflour to the skillet, stirring to remove brown pieces. Boil the mixture for 2 minutes until thick and syrupy.
Step 5
Return pork and broccoli to skillet and coat. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
