Banana Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake Recipe

This quick and delicious Banana Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake will please any gathering. Simple ingredients make a delicious, tasty, chocolate chip cake.  


– Cooking Spray – 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana – 2 teaspoons lemon juice – 3 cups all-purpose flour – 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda – 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt – 3/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temp – 2 cups sugar – 3 large egg – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cups buttermilk – 1 cup mini chocolate chip

Heat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a 10-cup nonstick bundt pan with cooking spray. Mix mashed bananas and lemon juice in a small bowl and set aside.

In a separate basin, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a stand mixer basin with the paddle attachment, then add the eggs one at a time.

After adding vanilla, whisk in flour mixture alternately with buttermilk. After the mashed banana, add the chocolate chips.  

Step 3

Bake the cake for 40–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. After baking, let the cake cool in the pan before turning it onto a dish.
