Oyster Cracker Toffee Bark Recipe

Crunchy crackers, buttery toffee, and creamy chocolate make Oyster Cracker Toffee Bark similar to Saltine cracker toffee. Choose your nuts, sprinkles and more to customise this five-ingredient recipe. Sugary, salty, and addictive!

– 2 1/4 cups oyster cracker – 1/2 cup unsalted butter – 1/2 cup light brown sugar – 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chip – 1 Tablespoon coconut oil (See Kelly's Notes) – Sprinkle

Heat the oven to 400°F. Foil-line a quarter baking sheet or 13x9-inch pan. Place oyster crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Step 1

Stir in the brown sugar in a small saucepot over medium-high heat after melting the butter. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes without stirring. Spread toffee evenly over oyster crackers.

Step 2

Toffee should be baked for 5 minutes, then cooled for 5 minutes. While cooling, mix chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir between 30-second microwave increments until smooth.

Step 3

Add chocolate to the toffee and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle sprinkles on wet chocolate and let the toffee cool for 30 minutes.

Step 4

(Alternatively, freeze the baking sheet for 15 minutes to solidify the chocolate.) Serve broken toffee.
