INGREDIENTS
– 2 1/4 cups oyster cracker– 1/2 cup unsalted butter– 1/2 cup light brown sugar– 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chip– 1 Tablespoon coconut oil (See Kelly's Notes)– Sprinkle
Heat the oven to 400°F. Foil-line a quarter baking sheet or 13x9-inch pan. Place oyster crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir in the brown sugar in a small saucepot over medium-high heat after melting the butter. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes without stirring. Spread toffee evenly over oyster crackers.
Step 2
Toffee should be baked for 5 minutes, then cooled for 5 minutes. While cooling, mix chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir between 30-second microwave increments until smooth.
Step 3
Add chocolate to the toffee and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle sprinkles on wet chocolate and let the toffee cool for 30 minutes.
Step 4
(Alternatively, freeze the baking sheet for 15 minutes to solidify the chocolate.) Serve broken toffee.
