Hawaiian Roll Turkey Sliders with Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Use Thanksgiving leftovers into Hawaiian Roll Turkey Sliders with Cranberry Sauce in 20 minutes. Make them year-round with your favourite deli meat  


– 1 (12-oz.) package Hawaiian sweet rolls  – 1 1/2 cups cranberry sauce – 3 cups stuffing – 3 cups sliced turkey – 6 slices provolone or cheddar cheese – 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted – 2 teaspoons minced garlic – 2 teaspoons poppy seed

Warm the oven up to 300°F. Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet.  

Step 1


Use a serrated knife to halve the rolls width-wise and spread cranberry sauce on the bottom. Add stuffing, turkey, gravy, and cheese to cranberry sauce. Restore roll tops.  

Step 2

Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Brush butter on the buns and bake for 8–10 minutes until brown and cheese has melted.
