Ham and Cheese Egg Cups Recipe

Ham and Cheese Egg Cups make breakfast easy for the whole family. This dish is ideal for busy mornings, holiday entertaining, and weekend brunch with three ingredients and 20 minutes of prep.  


– Cooking spray – 12 thin slices deli ham – 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese – 12 large egg – 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chive

Heat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan. Place one slice of ham in each muffin cup, touching the bottom and sides.  

Step 1


Divide cheese among cups and break an egg into each. Salt and pepper the eggs, then bake the cups until the yolks are runny or hard, 12–15 minutes.  

Step 2

Remove cups from oven and top with chives. Wait 5 minutes in the pan, then carefully remove and serve.
