Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza Recipe

You can make this recipe for Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza with homemade or store-bought pizza dough. It combines two of the best comfort foods ever.  

INGREDIENTS

– Flour, for dusting work surface – 1 pound homemade or store-bought pizza dough – 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, softened – 1/3 cup mayonnaise – 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh chives, plus more for topping – 2 cloves garlic, minced  – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper  – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 

Heat the oven to 475°F. Parchment a baking sheet. Roll the dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Mix butter, mayonnaise, chives, garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan after smoothing.  

Step 2

Spread the cheese mixture on the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border around the borders.  

Step 3

Start by baking the pizza for 10 minutes, then broil. For 3–5 minutes, broil the pizza 3 inches from the heat until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. After cooling, top the pizza with more chives, slice, and serve.
