Find out how to make tahini sauce that is very creamy! The best tahini sauce is very creamy, tangy, and hard to stop eating. It's also simple to make this recipe. All you need is a whisk!

– ½ medium cantaloupe or honeydew melon, diced into ¼″ cubes (about 4 cups) – ½ mini seedless watermelon, diced into ¼″ cubes (about 4 cups) – 1 small pineapple, diced into ¼″ cubes (about 4 cups) – 1 medium lime, juiced (about 2 tablespoons) – Optional, for serving: yogurt, granola, or Tajín seasoning for a spicy kick

Step 1

Put the garlic and lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for ten minutes so that the garlic can flavour the lemon juice.

Step 2

Put the mix through a fine-mesh sieve and into a different medium-sized bowl. Use a spatula to press the garlic solids to get out as much liquid as you can. Throw away the garlic.

Step 3

Add tahini, salt, and cumin to bowl. Blend the mixture with a whisk. Add 2 tablespoons water at a time and whisk until smooth. It may seize, don't worry.

Step 4

It will be perfectly creamy and smooth after about 6 tablespoons. It will be a light colour. If you want a more drizzled sauce, add more water to thin it out.

Step 5

If you want more tang, add more lemon. If you want more flavour overall, add another pinch of salt. There you go, your tahini sauce is ready to go!
