White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries Recipe

White Chocolate-Covered Strawberries are festive, fast, and delicious for nibbling or topping cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and more.  


– 1 cup white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chip – 2 teaspoons vegetable oil – 12 large strawberries, cleaned (stems on) and thoroughly dried – Assorted sprinkles or toppings, for decorating

Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment. Mix vegetable oil and wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir the white chocolate mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until smooth.  

Step 1


Swirl the strawberries in the melted white chocolate to coat all sides, shake off excess, and arrange on the lined baking pan. Add toppings immediately.   

Step 2

Wait until the base layer is dry before adding more chocolate. Enjoy the berries once the white chocolate hardens at room temperature or in the fridge.
