A quick and easy recipe for creamy Spread honey or jam on top of whipped Brie cheese.
INGREDIENTS
– 3 (8-oz.) wheels Brie cheese, cold– Honey or jam, for garnishing– Toasts or crackers, for serving
Using a knife with sharpened edges, cut off the whole rind from each wheel of Brie. After the cheese has cooled down, put it in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.

It will take about 10 minutes of beating the cheese on medium speed, scraping down the sides as needed, until it is smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Put the whipped Brie on a plate, and then drizzle it with honey or jam. Serve it with crackers or toast to eat.
