Lime pie has all the best flavours, and the filling is extra creamy and smooth thanks to a surprise ingredient.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CRUST:– 1 1/2 cups finely crushed Graham crackers (about 10 crackers)– 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted– 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar FOR THE FILLING:– 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole or 2%)– 2 (14-oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk– 1 Tablespoon freshly grated key lime (or regular lime) zest, plus more for garnishing– 3/4 cup fresh key lime (or regular lime) juice– 2 cups homemade or store-bought whipped cream, for topping
MAKE THE CRUST: To create the crust, preheat the oven to 350ºF. Blend crumbled graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.

INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the liquid and moisten the graham crackers with your fingertips if needed. Press mixture into 9-inch pie pan centre and sides. Save the crust for filling after 8 minutes of baking.
Step 2
MAKE THE FILLING : Mix Greek yoghurt, sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, and juice in a big bowl. Fill the pie crust with the ingredients. It need not be entirely chilled.
Step 3
Bake the pie for 15 minutes until the filling has barely set. After cooling for 1 hour, tent the pie loosely with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Step 4
Remove the pie from the fridge and pipe or pile whipped cream on top. Slice the pie and serve.
