Cover the eggs with 1 inch of water in a medium saucepot. Boil water in a saucepot over medium-high heat.

Turn off the heat and cover the saucepot after boiling water. Let eggs soak for 11 minutes, then rinse with cold water. After cooling, peel and cut the eggs in half lengthwise.
Step 2
Set aside the halved egg whites and place the yolks in a small basin. Mash the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and sweet relish in the bowl. Add half the chopped chives and bacon crumbles, then taste and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place halved egg whites on a platter. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Add the remaining chives, bacon crumbles, and paprika, then serve.
