No Cook Fudge Recipe

This is the healthiest and easiest fudge you'll ever make! You don't need a thermometer, marshmallow fluff or corn syrup. It's raw and vegan.

– ½ cup coconut butter* – 1 tablespoon peanut butter** – 2 small ripe bananas, cut into one-inch chunk – ¼ cup raw cacao powder*** or regular cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons agave nectar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¼ teaspoon cinnamon – pinch sea salt

Step 1

Process all of the ingredients in a food processor until they are completely smooth, which should take about five minutes.

Step 2

Make use of a spatula to transfer the mixture into a container that can be sealed and is flat. Put the container in the freezer for it to freeze.

Step 3

Because the fudge must be kept at a very low temperature in order to keep its shape, I have found that the best place to store the fudge is most likely in the freezer.

Step 4

If you put it in the refrigerator, it will have the consistency of a mousse that is only partially solid.
