Honey Latte Recipe

Lattes that are sweetened with honey are rich and creamy, and cinnamon is added to make them extra cozy and tasty.

INGREDIENT

– 3 ounces (generous ⅓ cup) espresso or strong concentrated coffee – 6-9 ounces (¾-generous 1 cup) milk, cows or oat milk preferred – 1 Tablespoon honey syrup – Teeny pinch sea salt – Sprinkle of cinnamon, optional

INSTRUCTION

eat 1 cup of milk on the stove top until steaming :  Don't boil. You could also put the milk in a jar and heat it in the microwave for about one minute, or until it starts to steam.

Step 1

Add salt and honey and mix well. If you want, you can use a milk frother to make the milk bubbly.

Step 2

In a mug, add two shots of espresso or three to four ounces of very strong made coffee. Cover it with the milk mix. Put some cinnamon on top and enjoy!
