Any kind of frozen fruit can be used in this quick and healthy Shaved Ice recipe. All you need is a food processor.
INGREDIENTS
– 2 cups frozen fruit of choice
– Sweetened condensed milk, for topping (optional)
The slicing blade should be attached to the food processor.
Step 1
INSTRUCTIONS
Set the food processor on high and add the frozen fruit. Use the stop to press the fruit down.
Step 2
Add a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top of the cut ice right away before serving.
