Easy Roasted Pork Tenderloin Recipe 

Pork tenderloin that is easy to make and tastes great. You can change how much sage you use to suit your tastes.

– 2 pounds pork tenderloin – ½ teaspoon ground sage – garlic salt to taste – 1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained – ½ apple – ½ onion – ⅓ cup brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Start with a 325-degree oven. Tenderloin with sage and garlic salt. Place tenderloin in casserole or pan. Cover meat with half sauerkraut.

Step 1

Lay the apple and onion cut-side down on the sauerkraut. Cover with remaining sauerkraut. Sprinkle brown sugar.

Step 2

Bake covered for 2–3 hours in preheated oven until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
