You can make Easy Muffin Pan Pizza Cups instead of a slice and change up a favourite snack by making them into bite-sized cups.
INGREDIENTS
– Cooking spray– Flour, for dusting work surface– 1 pound homemade or store-bought pizza dough– 3/4 cup homemade or store-bought marinara sauce– 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese– 1 1/2 cups pizza toppings of choice, such as mini pepperoni, olives or diced green pepper– 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)– Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)– Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
Heat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. After lightly flouring your surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 14x8-inch rectangle.

Cut the dough into 12 even squares using a sharp knife or pizza wheel. Put a pizza dough square in each muffin cup. Layer cheese and toppings in the cups after dividing the sauce evenly.

Bake pizza cups until golden brown and bubbling, 18–22 minutes. After baking, sprinkle dried oregano, Parmesan, and crushed red pepper flakes on the pizza cups. Warm serve.
