Easy Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

Enjoy this easy-to-make blue cheese dip that is rich and creamy. Cut up some Buffalo cauliflower, bell pepper, celery, or carrot sticks and serve them with it. This recipe makes about 2 cups.

– 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt – 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese, plus more for garnish – 2 tablespoons lemon juice  – 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or green onion, plus more for garnish – 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced – Freshly ground black pepper, to taste – ½ teaspoon fine salt, to taste

You should put all of the ingredients into a small serving bowl and stir them together to combine them. You can taste it, and if you like, you can add more salt and pepper.
