Cooking Bacon in the Oven Recipe

– 10-12 slices bacon

INSTRUCTION

Start with a 400-degree oven. Cover a half-sheet pan with foil or paper. Drain bacon oil off parchment paper for easier collection.

Step 1

Carefully add bacon slices to the pan. You don't need extra space around bacon slices because it shrinks while cooking.
