A simple recipe for Air Fryer Biscuit Doughnuts (and doughnut holes!) with DIY chocolate glaze turns canned biscuit dough into a brunch favourite.
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DOUGHNUTS:– Cooking Spray– 1 (16.3-oz.) can refrigerated biscuitFOR THE CINNAMON-SUGAR TOPPING: – 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter, melted– 3 Tablespoons sugar– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamonFOR THE CHOCOLATE GLAZE: – 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar– 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder– 1 1/2 Tablespoons whole milk– Sprinkles (optional)
MAKE THE DOUGHNUTS:- Make doughnuts by preheating the air fryer to 360°F. Separate the biscuits on your work surface. Eight rounds are needed. Cut each biscuit into eight doughnuts and eight doughnut holes with a 1-inch round cookie cutter.

INSTRUCTIONS
Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray and add doughnuts and holes. Doughnuts should be air-fried for 4–5 minutes till golden brown. Repeat air-frying the remaining doughnuts after rack-cooling.
Step 2
MAKE THE CINNAMON-SUGAR TOPPING:- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Coat doughnuts with melted butter, dredge in cinnamon-sugar, and shake off excess. Serve.
Step 3
MAKE THE CHOCOLATE GLAZE:-Sift cocoa powder and confectioners' sugar in a small bowl. Mix the milk until smooth, adding 1 teaspoon at a time to thin to your preferred consistency.
Step 4
Once chilled, dip doughnuts in glaze and sprinkle with optional toppings. Return the doughnuts to the rack for 5 minutes to set the glaze, then serve.
