5-Ingredient Pizza Dip Recipe

Skip the crust and use your favourite pizza toppings for the ultimate cottage cheese or cream cheese Pizza Dip dish. Perfect for gameday, gatherings, or comfort food, this cheesy appetiser is excellent.   


– 1 cup cottage cheese – 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – 1 cup marinara sauce – Pizza toppings of choice – Toasts or veggies, for serving

Heat the oven to 375°F. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until creamy. Mix blended cottage cheese with ½ cup shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasonings in a bowl.

Cover the bottom of a 9-inch pan or ovenproof dish with cottage cheese. Spread marinara on the cottage cheese mixture, then add the remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella and your pizza toppings.  

Step 2

Bake the dip for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts, then select “broil” and broil for 2 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately with toasts or veggies for dipping.
